I Love A Good Sunset
“There’s a sunrise and sunset every single day,
and they’re absolutely free. Don’t miss so many of them,”
– Jo Walton
I am a sunset kind of girl. Perhaps it is because to actually see a sunrise, you have to be awake before the sun. The only time that happens is if I’m driving to work or school early in the morning. But then, I’m driving and I don’t really get to sit back and admire the sunrise. But sunsets, I adore sunsets. They’re relaxing and peaceful and beautiful. I could sit for the longest time just staring in fascination as the sun slowly disappears, lighting the evening with colors of pinks and peaches. My last evening in Koh Tao, I sat with new friends and watched one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen and that night I thought I would make a post showing some of my favorite sunset photos. Well I also love oceans. Adore them. Probably because I’ve lived in a province that is landlocked all my life, but I really love oceans. As I was looking for photos of sunsets, I realized that the majority of them are sunsets with an ocean. Who can blame me, an ocean and a sunset, together? Beautiful. So here is a collection of my favorite sunset photos, and there is only the odd few that do not include an ocean.
My personal favorites are the last five, taken in Trearddur Bay, Wales. It was the first really amazing sunset that I had ever seen, one that I sat and watched from start to finish on a high cliff overlooking the sea. Which are your favorites? Are you a sunrise or a sunset person?

important when there is a sunset outside
that you should be sitting under!”
